Takes all the heatsinks away to confirm there’s no shorts, and if it still doesn’t work, I’ll list it on eBay as not functioning.
Luckily it wasn't the CPU. No guarantee? Just received the most damaged 3090 today via mail from Ebay. It came in a 5mm cardboard box with bubble wrap. Unclear how it made it through the trip across Eastern Europe. Seems like a mess, but it still functions. Possibly the worst thermal fit ever, incorrect pads, and it was heavily damaged. I couldn't even secure the PCI bracket to the case due to excessive bending—had to use a zip tie.
Looks accurate. I earned 3080 last week with a water block, and it was clear someone didn’t understand what they were doing. Board worked at first but then failed. FB Marketplace found, no warranty.
Upset about the news. I’ll check it out carefully. Need to confirm it’s not pre-baked. Usually I avoid used cards, but what options exist today for more than 16GB with a Nvidia card? Or the 5090?
