If the keyboard functions properly on another PC, the issue might lie with the BIOS. Try resetting the CMOS to determine if that resolves the problem. However, if the keyboard behaves identically across different systems or another keyboard works well with your main setup, the problem likely resides with the keyboard itself.

I just tested it again, same issue on another PC. It could be a hardware problem or something related to the software. The reset instructions online don't seem to apply here.

It seems the software might not work unless you've saved something to the keyboard's built-in memory. Even then, it would only matter when loading into the operating system. In BIOS, it just handles basic tasks. I think you might have been lucky and two keys failed you.
