No success with those attempts. Have you considered alternative solutions? I've attached the screen capture from when XMP is turned off—it functions properly then.
It's really strange. Just clearing the CMOS, using default stock components, and then enabling XMP still results in a non-functional screen. This RAM has worked reliably with XMP for a long time.
