I'm working on Windows 10, updated my drivers and tried everything to fix it, but it still doesn't work. Every time I connect it, it vibrates but the Xbox logo doesn't light up. In Device Manager it detects it, but it displays Code 19 error. Before that it was showing error 32, but after restarting it changed to Code 19.

Determine if the device is an Xbox One controller or Xbox 360 controller. Check whether it's a first-party or third-party product.

Have you experimented with various USB cables? When you say not much, do you mean hidden devices lack any changes or that an unfamiliar device appears? If none of these work, you might contact Microsoft’s live chat for assistance. I’m not sure about that error code, but they would be...
