The Wraith Prism works well with a 5800X. You might want to remove it, polish it, reapply the paste, and check that it’s aligned properly.

It seems temperatures aren’t the problem, but a sudden black screen occurred while checking them. The fans became very noisy when the screen went dark, and the readings were about 77°C. I’m trying to figure out what might be causing this issue.
