Hi all,
I’m experiencing a sudden problem with my USB Plantronics C3220 headset. It was functioning properly a few days ago, but now it doesn’t play sound even though the microphone and LED lights on the in-wire controller are working correctly. I can mute and unmute the mic, and sounds do play through the headset, but no PC audio comes through. Testing in Windows sound settings also produces no output.
I’m not sure if it’s a device issue, as the same problem occurs on my personal laptop. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
