I've adjusted the system settings from BIOS to boost performance using the EZ Tuning wizard and set XMP to 3200MHz. Everything functions normally except the monitor doesn't display anything. I've experimented with connecting the GPU and CPU as integrated GPUs, but no fix was found. Clearing the CMOS by removing the battery or using jumper cables didn't help either. Any ideas?

Remove one RAM stick, restart to reset memory, then reinstall the second stick.

Did you clear the CMOS before swapping the RAM? It might help, so consider doing that too, along with removing both sticks and then reinserting one.

Apologies for the delayed reply. It looks like I only adjusted EZTuning and XMP, not a full BIOS reset. It seems unusual that this issue persists.

It could be worth trying that approach. Perhaps as a final step before swapping components (like if you damaged the PSU with overclocking), remove the CMOS battery, disconnect the PSU from the wall, and keep pressing the power button to discharge it.
