When something exists far away or in another realm, it won't appear there. Solution: switch to the minimap, move the mouse wheel, and check where your quest is located—then teleport to that area.

Install the quest mod from Nexus. You can monitor all your quests easily. And you'll receive full XP even for the grey quests.

Some missions lack a clear marker and instead offer a general narrative like "Locate Ciri." You need to complete other primary or side tasks until the original quest becomes relevant again. Could you tell me which one is giving you trouble?
