I first experienced Witcher 3 on my PC in 2018 and played it smoothly. Recently, I attempted to replay it but it keeps stuttering. I’m trying to identify the problem area, as I haven’t used the machine as often then and cleaned it up, but the issue persists. Could you assist in pinpointing exactly where the problem lies?

The update for Witcher 3 may cause noticeable frame time jumps in the monitoring tool. Often, reducing the frame rate to a level just under the GPU's capacity resolves the issue.
