The Wisa Soundsend power supply has bent a pin.
I was working on fixing some issues with my Wisa SoundSend and accidentally bent a pin in the power supply port. I don’t have any small tools to straighten it, and I’ve been trying to figure out how to open this device but there’s nothing online about doing that. It has a key-shaped opening that I can’t see clearly except for its shape. I’m not very familiar with hardware, so I don’t know what it is or how to fix it. I’m also unsure how to upload pictures here if someone can assist me in showing the problem.

Is this what you see on the back end of your device? If yes, the only way to adjust that internal connector is with tweezers—those used for electrical work—but be careful, as they can break. Once repositioned, they might snap off in the charging cable or connector.
When this occurs, you'll need to take the unit apart to desolder and re-solder the connector. It's best to reach out to a trusted local repair shop.
The connector is a Micro-USB type-B port.

Alright thank you very much! Yeah I kinda assumed I would end up having to take it to a repair shop, just wanted to make sure first, appreciate it.
