This message comes from a friend’s experience. I own a wired PC running Minecraft, and when it hosts a LAN, another wired PC can connect. But with a wireless Mac, it can’t find the LAN. All devices are on the same network, but my Mac doesn’t have Ethernet ports and I don’t have any adapters. The firewalls are off, and any IP blocking is disabled. If the Mac hosts the world, both PCs can join, but not the other way around. Thanks ahead!

I revised my post because I initially thought they were all on the same network. Hamachi is a tool that sets up a private virtual network. You generate a network ID and password, and others can join it. After everyone connects to the same Hamachi network, you use its IP address to link.
Begin by clicking start and then the control panel. Next, select Network and Internet. Then choose Network and Sharing Center. Locate your connection on the right side. Click on that connection in blue next to 'connection:'. Open properties, the one with the shield icon. Go up to the top and click sharing. Check the box labeled Allow other network users to connect..... Under 'Home networking connection: select 'Local Area Connection'. Click OK. After confirming, test it on the PC hosting the LAN. You might want to use the local IP of that computer for the server IP on the Mac when the PC is hosting it as well.
I believe you require more than one network available for the display feature. Perhaps that's not the main issue—this was just an online instruction I came across. Attempt to link via a direct connection on your Mac. When you power on the laptop, observe the port it displays. On the Mac, connect using the host's local IP address (you can check this by typing 'ipconfig' in the command prompt on the host machine and searching for the IPv4 address) and the corresponding port number. For example, if the local IP is 192.168.10.15 and the port is 1234, enter that in the direct connect settings: "192.168.10.15:1234"
