So this is a follow up to this thread: The TLDR, is that my pc stopped working a few weeks ago, wouldn't boot, so I tried to reinstall windows 10. Wouldn't work so I gave it to a repair shop who suggested it was a faulty motherboard, so I replaced it and tried to install windows again. It still didn't work. Right now I'm getting the exact same results where I'm being given error codes like 0xc0000009, and 0xc0000185. I'm also experiencing windows trying to repair itself than crashing. Boot looping when I try to install the 64 bit version and an error code being thrown at me when I try the 32 bit version. One think that sticks out to me though is that throughout all the various error codes, I keep getting it keeps telling me that I'm missing the files winload.exe and winload.efi are missing from system 32, despite the fact that there currently should not be a windows install to pull from. Even then I was attempting to reinstall so it shouldn't run into these problems. So the question I have to ask is. Are the windows 10 media creation tools broken? Is it an issue with the computers I have been using to create the media installs? Or is it a hardware issue with a component, or me just not knowing how to configure my motherboard to get this to work
