The screenshot shows my Windows update activity over the past week. To explain, I'm currently away from home in North America, relying on internet from Babtel for a US government contract. The issue began while using a VPN (Surfshark) and continues even without it. The troubleshooter indicates a detected problem but offers no resolution, and Microsoft's site isn't helpful either. Have anyone experienced similar basic update issues and found a fix? I have settings enabled for updates on metered connections, yet this one remains unaffected, even when using my phone's hotspot with the same settings. Thanks in advance.
