I'm having trouble installing the update on my Windows 10 home 64-bit PC, even after using the update troubleshooter. I've reached out to the Microsoft forums for help.

It might be an update tailored for a particular system like Intel or AMD. Ensure you don't install it on an Intel chip and vice versa. The version I have is for the AMD X64 platform (which is also Intel).

You might want to check WSUS offline to manually install any missing updates. http://download.wsusoffline.net/ Which Windows 10 version are you using? Type "winver" in the Run dialog to see the details.
