Never mind, My HDD gave up on me even after multiple formats; it kept running at full capacity. I thought it was malware, but when I ran commands like CHKDSK and DISKPART, I found the drive used RAW instead of NTFS. Using Diskpart, I reformatted it to NTFS. After finishing, I removed it from my system—once it left, everything normalized. The BIOS now boots in 3.9S. From this, I learned not to rely on HDDs; they can fail unexpectedly. I’m planning to switch to an SSD and hope it lasts longer than a month.
