You're experiencing issues with Windows 11 during an update. The process seems to pause around 30-36% and then stops. You're looking for guidance on what to do next.

I've been relying on third-party tools: https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details...nager.html and https://www.softpedia.com/get/System/Sys...uMgr.shtml. Most of the tasks these utilities handle are done by Windows update itself. Only updates from the Online Service Experience Pack go unnoticed by them.

If your Windows setup seems damaged or updates aren't functioning properly, you can run the command sfc /scannow to detect issues and attempt fixes. If that doesn't help, consider a complete reinstall for a clean start. A repair might work, but a fresh installation is often the best solution.

Check the Windows settings by navigating to Troubleshoot, then Additional troubleshooters, and finally Windows Update.

Here’s a revised version of your message:

Just a quick update for anyone facing the same issue—I fixed it. I navigated to settings → recovery → solve problems using Windows Update. It reinstalled the current version without losing anything. It helped me. I’m not sure if the terms I used were accurate, since I translated from German. Remember to back up your system beforehand just in case.
