The newest Windows 1903 release caused my alt and ctrl tabs to malfunction. I have to press them several times—4 to 5 times—before the tab window appears and I can switch windows. The ctrl tab also fails initially, even after a few attempts. I've adjusted the registry and disabled Windows Focus Assist, but the issue persists. All key shortcuts are muted: bouncy keys, sticky keys, filter keys, toggle keys are off. Anyone have suggestions?

It should return to Windows 1803, which is my main OS for daily use. It works well, and you can opt for Windows 10 Pro 1803 or any version of 1809 you prefer.

Support began to wane in October, possibly around that time.
