The Windows taskbar isn't functioning properly.
The task bar isn't functioning properly. Open apps and pinned items aren't showing up. The entire bar is black. Hovering the mouse over it shows a blue loading circle but it doesn't disappear. Searching or right-clicking doesn't trigger any action. Need assistance fixing this issue.
