Yesterday I placed the installation media on a USB, loaded it, and chose my NVMe drive. It told me Windows was installing. When it reached 100%, it said to restart, and after booting, it indicated an unmountable boot volume. I reused the media but everything remained very slow—about three minutes on a blue screen before language options appeared and setup took over 20 minutes. Even refreshing the drive list took five minutes. I switched to another USB and reinstalled the Windows media, but the issue persisted. Anyone know what might be wrong or how to resolve it? EDIT: The image below has been loading my drives for five minutes. I have two NVMe drives and one hard drive.

It might be a defective NVME module. I’d consider running a series of diagnostic tools like Hiren’s Boot CD. Within the Win PE setup, Crystal Disk Info can help verify if SMART monitoring detected any issues or suggest further checks.
