Are there any tools for Windows adjustment that modify aspects such as icon spacing or font settings? It seems so. Otherwise, attempt a hard reset of your PC (pressing the reset button during startup) and see if it resolves the issue. Afterward, turn off Fast Boot.

I didn't activate any tool that alters the font. When I opened my PC and searched for something, the results appeared as shown.

The most recent installation or update you made is available through Windows System Restore, allowing you to revert your system to a previous state without impacting your personal data.

Verify integrity with a command prompt elevated as administrator. Execute "sfc /scannow" if issues are detected. Restart the system and trust the process.

It seems like a bit of outdated advice, but many people have shared it online as a possible fix. I looked for discussions about using "sfc /scannow" and found some interesting posts. Some users mentioned they’ve used it to resolve issues, while others didn’t see any real results. It’s not clear if it works for everyone or if it’s just a common suggestion without personal experience.
