Occasionally changing between dark and light themes helps fix the issue. Also, try updating your PC again. I experienced this problem with my computer as well, but it was fixed after several updates a while back. Please make sure you have the latest Windows version.

Launch your PC again and it should work. If it doesn’t, simply restart it. Microsoft experienced a server-side problem that was resolved promptly.

I lost power to my computer at work and came back home only to find it still wouldn’t function. I turned off Bing search and it started working again.
