The Windows search feature isn't responding correctly.
It's still loading the search icon. Have others experienced this issue? I'm on the latest developer branch and using the insider build.
You're part of an insider build. The goal is to notify Microsoft about issues. Install the release version.
The update came out before the standard version, so you need to set up the release separately. Since you have only one drive with the system and all files, a clean installation might be necessary.
