The laptop has a built-in keyboard, and it seems the hardware issue is persistent—every attempt to reset or disable it fails because the Windows key is active. There’s no straightforward way to turn it off without using the REG edit tool.

Adjust the laptop according to its design, detach the ribbon cable, and then connect a USB keyboard or on-screen keyboard using the touchpad. This step is necessary during the replacement process.
