You're trying to set up Windows on a machine that froze during installation, even after switching between 32-bit and 64-bit versions. The issue seems to have started after an update, and you've had to wipe the hard drive using an HDD dock.

Consider another ISO file or disconnect your graphics card. Attempt installation without using a dedicated graphics card via the built-in capabilities.
