Recently, my Windows key has been acting unpredictably. I've attempted various solutions without success. There are several other issues I've observed:
- On YouTube, certain elements fail to load properly, such as the logo in the top left corner.
- When viewing content from another channel, their videos don't appear at all, sometimes only after refreshing.
- My business tool causes my screen to split unevenly, making it harder to work. The scroll bar appears near the center rather than on the far right.
These problems seem unrelated but are happening together.
Hardware details:
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D 12-Core
- Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 66.17 CFM
- Motherboard: ASRock B650E PG RIPTIDE WIFI ATX AM5
- RAM: TEAMGROUP T-Create Expert 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6400 CL32
- Storage: TEAMGROUP MP44 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME SSD
- Graphics: MSI VENTUS 3X GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16 GB
- Power Supply: SeaSonic FOCUS GX-850 ATX 3.0 850 W (80+ Gold)
- Monitor: Display Port Monitor link provided

Keyboard: what is the model and make?
You mentioned scrolling issues—Mouse: make and model/scrollwheel?
Have you attempted to manually download the keyboard's drivers from the manufacturer’s site, reinstall them, and adjust settings? (Avoid third-party tools.)
Have you used a different functional keyboard and mouse (without Windows key issues) on your system?
Did you test your keyboard and mouse on another operational computer?
Check if the issue persists on the computer or is specific to the keyboard.
Goal is to identify the likely cause.
