Hi, I hope you're doing okay. You were using Windows and Nobara on your main PC, but now you're back with a new laptop that has an extra M.2 slot. You removed the Nobara SSD, wiped its data, and tried to use it in your new machine. When you booted into Windows, the Boot Manager disappeared from the BIOS completely. I attempted to reset the BIOS, but it didn’t work. I’m confused about why it’s not showing up. I don’t want to touch the CMOS battery since it’s hidden behind the GPU, and I’m worried it might not help. Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Ensure all other drives are disconnected except the one for OS installation to keep them separate. Most systems will rely on the existing boot partition even if it’s not in the intended location.

Thank you for your feedback. If there are problems with insufficient disk space, simply reduce the largest partition and allocate an additional 200MB for the new one.
