Your primary boot device is a Plextor PCI-Express HHHL SSD labeled "M8Pe(y) 256gb". On the Windows 8 install screen, no drives appear—just a blank screen. After reformatting your USB stick to NTFS and FAT32, you created a bootable USB with both formats and enabled UEFI BIOS, but it didn’t work. This is for Windows 8 x64 Pro, not Windows 8.1.

It appears clearly and I’m actively working on it. I’ve installed Windows 7 on this PCI SSD now.
