Your college offers free Wi-Fi with a username and password. You can use Chrome there without issues. Your phone works fine, but your laptop connects but doesn’t go to the login page, so you can’t access websites. It might be a network configuration problem or a device-specific issue. Check if the password is correct, try another browser, or contact your college IT support for help.

Which browser are you operating with? Would you like to enter the login page directly in the address bar?

You're using Opera and seeing the login screen, but it's not working.

I've also explored other browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. It's worth noting that Opera isn't commonly used, so Enterprise configurations weren't tested with it. The usual options are Chrome, Firefox, and IE. Simply type a URL into the address bar—like google.com—and press enter. Sometimes these user interfaces don’t redirect correctly at first and require some manual adjustment.

It seems my institution requires 25 minutes to adjust network configurations for the initial connection.

I retried once more with Linux Mint 18.3 on the same machine, and it worked right away. Windows remains unresponsive regardless of browser or website.
