Was die Änderung direkt vorgenommen (über Windows Update) oder neu installiert? Falls es eine Aktualisierung war, beginne mit einer Neuinstall. Wenn er keine Sicherungskopie seiner Dateien hat, erstelle eine bootbare Linux-USB und übertrage die wichtigen Daten vom C: auf eine externe Festplatte. Oder entferne das C: Laufwerk, verschiebe es auf ein anderes Gerät, wenn vorhanden, und kopiere die benötigten Dateien.
