The Windows 11 Pro File Explorer runs sluggishly when launching.
New Windows 11 Pro installation, I didn't realize this issue existed at first, but now it occurs every time you click the icon—it takes about 3 to 4 minutes before the file explorer appears. I've overclocked the 13900k to 5.8 across all cores. This seems to be the only problem. I've used the built-in reset and checked its files, but nothing worked. System: 13900k, 32GB DDR5, Corsair 5600MHz, Samsung 990 Pro SSD (1TB & 2TB), EVGA Kingpin Z690, motherboard, EVGA 3080 Ti, TrueFX3 sound blaster AE-7, water cooling with Corsair JTC block, temperatures never exceed 70°C. Windows 11 Pro OS.
Negative update Update dropped the third drive, leaving just two Samsung 990 Pro NVMe units. After setting up Windows 11 Pro, these were the only ones available. Still experiencing sluggish performance when opening File Explorer.
