For Windows 10: Navigate to Settings/Display, then select Advanced, and adjust "Fix scaling for apps" to OFF. For Windows 11: Microsoft’s ongoing efforts to enhance the system require a third-party tool. The recommended option is GIMP, free from the Store with a necessary plugin. It can be accessed via File/Create under Screenshot. Note: The source material was the original webpage, and only this portion was removed without further changes.
