Hey, did you unintentionally lock your start menu tiles? You mentioned you can resize and reorder them by dragging, but it seems like that’s not working anymore. You’ve already dealt with Nvidia drivers and stopped some processes, though—do you think that’s resolved the issue? Thanks.

It faced an unusual issue with Gyazo. I accidentally played around with Gyazo's GIF tool, and the problem vanished. No one knows what caused it.
