So I paid extra for the extra year of support. Now I begin work and open a program. Press the Windows key and start typing. Instead of the usual outcome, the "most likely" choice appears in a large box, while all other possible matches in the menu are grayed out (almost blacked). Is there an option somewhere to adjust this so the behavior returns to the previous state with everything clear?
Thanks.

Since Windows 10 is no longer supported, I don’t use it and can’t verify it anymore. However, one option could be Winaero Tweaker, specifically the "Disable Web Search" feature. You can find more details here: https://winaerotweaker.com/ Full list of features is available at https://winaero.com/the-list-of-winaero-...-features/ I use Winaero Tweaker with my Win11 setup to remove some default options and further customize the system, something Microsoft doesn’t allow.

I don't understand the origin, but adjusting the theme to light and then back to dark resolved the issue.
