Your Windows Start Menu now shows a custom layout after pressing the Windows button and typing. This has become your go-to navigation in Windows 10, but it's frustrating when it doesn't work right. Have you encountered this issue before or do you know someone who has? Consider reinstalling Windows if the problem persists.

Occasionally I don't see the black box you mentioned. Instead of using it, I just restart explorer.exe via Task Manager. Have you attempted that or a full reboot?

Use ctrl+alt+del to close or end explorer.exe, then click file in the task manager menu bar, type explorer, press enter, and perform a reset of explorer.

I started by restarting the explorer, but that also rebooted Explorer, so I did it manually just to test. Still nothing happened. Appreciate the advice!

I also attempted both options but didn't see any outcomes.

The Start menu, action center and other panels are now fully GPU rendered. This might indicate a problem with your graphics card drivers. Consider removing them, restarting your system, and installing the newest versions (or if you have them, try an older one until Nvidia/AMD/Intel releases updated drivers).

Video drivers are outdated because Gefore Experience is unreliable. I’ll update them and let you know once done.
