Hello, I'm working on installing Windows from a bootable USB. When I choose the drive, a black screen appears. This issue happens with another USB too. Windows 10 has WHQL support enabled in BIOS and is set to UEFI mode. I've reset the CMOS but haven't had success. I've tried installing Windows on other computers using the same USBs, which worked fine there. On my machine, it doesn't cooperate. I also attempted legacy mode with WHQL disabled, but it keeps looping without a clear exit. My system specs are an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 M-series, B350 gaming platform, GTX 1060, 6GB RAM, ATX, Corsair MP500, etc. Appreciate any help you can provide.

The question refers to whether the BIOS displays a boot menu or if it pertains to selecting a drive during installation from an USB installation media.

The system displays the boot menu, chooses the USB connection, but the screen turns black. All components remain functional, yet the GPU doesn’t receive any signal and the connected devices fail to power up.
