Set the router back to its original settings and configure it anew as though starting from scratch. Everything appears to be working properly now. Appreciate the guidance on the right path!

This update explains that visibility of network devices through the NAS hinges on its power status. My setup includes a PC acting as a server with an LSI RAID card configured in RAID5, serving as my primary backup. The NAS automatically powers on at 23:00 and offs at 08:00, mirroring the main server overnight. When the NAS is active, all connected computers appear, but when it’s off, nothing shows. I’ve confirmed everything works correctly when powered on, yet disappears completely when switched off. Why would the NAS’s status affect what I see? This seems puzzling.
