Hey there! It's normal for the Windows 10 activation screen to vary slightly depending on your region or setup. Just check if everything else works properly before assuming something is wrong.

It seems everything looks fine. The main concern is that your license isn’t connected to your Microsoft account, which could complicate any hardware modifications.

I understand you prefer not to use your Microsoft account on startup. Your long password and original product key suggest you might be able to handle phone activation yourself.

You can configure it to require a pin (at least four digits) for login after linking your account. It might also let you turn off the login prompt entirely, which is something I’ve never noticed.

In the start menu, locate the sign-in options and find the setting to enable a PIN.

It seems you're suggesting a change in how your Microsoft account is secured.
Just replacing your password with a PIN for easier access.

I succeeded, but the activation display remains unchanged. (Change my pin to the previous password)

Everything seems fine to me; it might take a while for your activation method to update, I'm not sure. What you have here definitely looks normal and there are no apparent problems. It is active, and Microsoft’s servers confirm its authenticity. That’s the whole story.
