Yes, this feature has been around for many years before Windows 7. It’s a window where you can access all Windows settings, even hidden ones in Windows 11. Follow these steps: highlight and copy the text below, including "Godmode," right-click the desktop, and create a new folder named after it. Paste that name into the new folder, then open it. I wasn’t aware of this before.

isn't that the same as opening start and typing "control" and wait for the icon to show up?

Familiar with these platforms, it's handy for handling multiple settings from a single location.

Interface is cluttered, with "Godmode" details prominently displayed—much improved!

It looks like the interface is messy and confusing. Most people only notice it because it’s meant for creators, not for regular users. Deleting files or folders is really hard here. Why would anyone think it’s that helpful? This feels just like a clunky setup file.

I favor a detailed, organized overview of features over a disordered set of icons found in the Control Panel.

I utilize the search feature. The category view also helps me more.

It's a method for search engines to locate the Control Panel directory. This concealed folder was added with Windows 7. The problem is that searches can't retrieve the panel content properly because they're essentially standalone applications (depending on the specific panel).
