Hello, I encountered an issue with my laptop running Windows 7 on a 1366x768 display. The wallpaper is always the same size (3840x2160), but when set as the desktop background, it appears blurry compared to when opened in the Windows Viewer. The difference becomes noticeable when zooming or examining the text. Anyone has any ideas about why this happens and how to fix it? Thanks.

Connect the Wallpaper and I’ll handle the rest.

Instead of a link, share the solution directly. This way, everyone can resolve the issue independently without needing further assistance.

Adjust the dimensions manually in Photoshop, as precise sizing isn't possible directly.

Yes, I have additional window icons similar to the loading mouse icon, but they don't move as smoothly as the background image.

The issue arises because resizing windows doesn't adjust the image's filter settings to match its new resolution. This can be resolved by opening the image in a basic editor such as IrfanView and applying bicubic filtering during resizing.

Adjust dimensions to 2732x1536 or 1366x768 for compatibility.

It seems unclear whether the issue stems from the image itself or the Windows environment. Other factors like a blurry mouse icon or wallpaper might have contributed. I’m trying to figure out exactly what’s causing the problem.
