You're looking for a fix? Yes? I covered sticky corners in Windows 10. I followed a tutorial from the Microsoft site and assisted a friend, though they had more than four monitors.

every other corner is fine except the circled area. its like there is a wall between the 1080p and 3440x1440 monitor i can only get past by moving the mouse extremely fast. so i dont feel like sticky corners is the problem but i cant find/ or there doesnt seem to be any fix for sticky corners anyway if it is that. (*edit* disabling snap doesnt do anything about the problem*) some people are saying to disable window snapping but that doesnt make sense why just the empty mouse pointer cant move past it. and when moving a window i want it to stick to edges for fullscreening/halfscreening

Check if all remaining corners fall within 1080p and 1440p ranges. Snap and sticky settings work differently—sticky edges mainly affect windows, while snap applies mainly to windows. For more details on disabling sticky edges, see the link provided.
