The Wi-Fi is not working.
I've experienced sluggish Wi-Fi performance over the past couple of months. I thought it might improve on its own. My Ethernet connection works well, but Wi-Fi feels inconsistent. It usually takes around 30 seconds for a phone to load anything, like when using Snapchat—you get notifications but have to refresh manually, and after refreshing, things return to normal. I've changed Wi-Fi channels and used an analyzer app; the channel with the lowest rating always gives poor speed, even when switching channels. My phone's speed test is slow initially but stabilizes at around 70Mbps down and 5Mbps up once connected. I'm unsure what to do next.
