I own a computer with these components: x99 deluxe motherboard Haswell E Intel Core i7 5820k Quad DDR4 Corsair Dominator Platnium 2888 MHZ gtx 980 corsair 860i psu, connected to Windows 10 Pro. Since I built it, I've struggled to install my Wi-Fi driver. The Bluetooth driver is functional, but when I attempt to run the Wi-Fi setup as administrator, a brief window appears for installation and then disappears. I've updated all drivers, including BIOS, and reached out to Asus for assistance. I also performed a hard drive wipe, but no changes occurred. The issue seems software-related, possibly linked to the router module on the motherboard. I currently use an Ethernet cable, but my college plans mean I'll need Wi-Fi soon. This problem remains unresolved, and I really need your help. Thank you.

Have you attempted to reset the BIOS by taking out the CMOS battery and reinserting it?

I also attempted to reset the BIOS by removing the battery once, but it still worked.

Disconnect the power source and take out the CMOS battery for half an hour. After that, reinstall it and turn on your computer.

It will take some time to clear the CMOS, but it’s already being reset. I’ll provide you with an update soon.

It seems like you're not sure how to proceed. Can you clarify what you need?
