I plan to redesign the loop this afternoon. I will take photos as I go along and share them.

Sorry for the delay, here is my updated loop. I also had to refill the reservoir a week later because it seems air was being pushed out of the loop and into the reservoir.

Your flow direction is as follows: pump -> GPU -> CPU -> Radiator -> reservoir -> pump.

Ensure power flows from pump through GPU, then to CPU, followed by the radiator and finally to the reservoir.

I believe the EK top on your D5 matches the standard D5 - center inlet, top outlet configuration. Observing the bubble in your reservoir indicates flow. Are there any additional concerns?

The same as before, the flow looks good with no strange sounds.

Have you verified the other D5's for any issues during an unrestricted test loop (such as a bucket)? How are the D5's secured at the bottom of your case? Are there any unusual noises or signs that the mounting screws might be becoming loose?

I rely on a commercial fastening material with a snap-fit design.

This would eliminate any direct metal-to-metal connection. If you possess the other D5's, it may be worthwhile to verify whether they continue to produce that sound.
