The warranty claim seems confusing. They mentioned fake photos, but why would you submit blurry ones for CPU quality?

To begin, my brother bought me a 5950X when I was on sale at the start of the year in January. Around a month later, while using the CPU, I noticed stability problems with random restarts. I tested the 5950X without XMP support and lowered the voltage to 1.35V, running all cores at 4.0 GHz. Even then, stability issues persisted, causing random reboots when idle or during gaming/vmware sessions. I reached out to AMD’s warranty team, but they haven’t acknowledged the issue. My setup includes an ASUS Strix X-570 motherboard, full ATX, non-WiFi, NVIDIA GTX 3080, 64GB Corsair 3600, EVGA 1600, Platinum PSU, Windows 10, plus Linux Mint running alongside. The 5950X performed well on the motherboard, supporting both AMD Ryzen 2700 and AMD 3900X without problems.
