I owned an Oculus Rift VR headset and experienced this issue with a disconnect sound occurring roughly every ten seconds. After upgrading to a Quest 3, the same problem persists when using Air Link or Steam Link. It seems the Quest 3 isn't connected via a cable, ruling out a USB issue, and the Rift isn't linked to my PC either.

It’s linked wirelessly, though not directly wired. Look into the Device Manager for any unexpected entries during quest use. It might indicate a faulty or weak USB port. Are there any USB hubs connected? Is your PC supplying power to the device?
