Initially, after installing Windows, there was a volume notification that appeared when adjusting the volume. Now it seems to disappear. Can you find another way to view it?

Have you attempted a system restart or tried holding down Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open Task Manager? In the bottom right, locate the Restart button and press it to resolve the issue. This should work. You might also use the built-in troubleshooter by pressing Windows + I on your keyboard, navigating to Troubleshoot settings, selecting Additional troubleshooter, choosing Playing audio, and running it.
