I initiated the thread on GPU but no response has been received. I'm adding this as well when I begin benchmarking; everything seems normal for a while, then my FPS drops significantly and the card hits its voltage limit. I have to restart the computer before it functions properly again. I'm trying to figure out if the issue is with the PCIe slot or the GPU itself—it doesn't seem to happen on the default setup either. I own an ASUS Prime Z370A motherboard, 32 GB Corsair LX series RAM at 3200 MHz, an i7-8500K processor, an EVGA GQ1000 power supply, and an MSI 11G graphics card. The Duke OC GPU is working fine.

And this is with it causing problems: http://tinypic.com/r/xp3e5i/9
Please help and thank you very much for your time.
The connection was made by linking the power to the GPU through a single connector.
How were the connections made for the power to the GPU? Should both or just one be used on the same line to the PSU?
I'll attempt it when I get home
