The VoIP phone isn't able to link through Wi-Fi.
Hello everyone. Our office now features Yealink T54W VoIP phones in one area and additional sites soon. All Ethernet-connected devices are linking smoothly and setting up without issues. One phone lacks an Ethernet port and needs Wi-Fi access. I can join the network but can't secure an IP address. Setting its MAC to a fixed IP on our Sonicwall didn’t work. We’ve turned on constant NAT via the VoIP settings and turned off SIP Transportation as recommended. Our office uses Ubiquiti APs, all linked to a Netgear L2 switch with 48 ports, and everything is running the latest firmware.
Is there a barrier separating Wi-Fi from LAN? Could I send a ping from the LAN side? Please don’t mind if this seems super basic.
