I organized my files on the computer and unintentionally triggered this issue (refer to the attached picture). Now I can't access any video files, even to view them. It appears to be linked to the "Movies & TV" app on Windows 10. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, but only a slight delay appears initially. I tried all the troubleshooting steps provided, yet the same message persists for both old and new videos. I'm hoping you can offer some guidance. I'd rather avoid a full Windows reinstall since I regularly edit videos and this is inconvenient. Thank you for your assistance.
I've noticed the Movies & TV app often has issues before. I wouldn't use it and would prefer VLC, which is a top-rated third-party media player for Windows. This app isn't reliable enough for regular use.
I installed VLC now. Before that, I had a laptop and didn’t install it on my desktop. When I started my computer today, I saw a black screen with command line text indicating something was removed. It looked like a "ZuneVideo" being deleted. I’m not sure what it said, but it appeared only briefly before the system booted to Windows.
