I’m working with the ROG STRIX B550-A GAMING Ryzen 5 5600x vengeance 2x16 RAM sticks GTX 1070 750 watt RM750x. I can verify the GPU is functional since it restarted my old PC and worked there. It didn’t work with an older GPU, but it did on my previous system. The BIOS was updated yet nothing changed. I’ve tried one stick, different display ports/HDMI, and watched many videos without success. I’ve been up since 6 a.m. today and it’s 12:08 a.m. Please help me!
Can you see the display? If so, consider changing the PCIe version to Gen3 for that port. Note: I’ve experienced a similar problem with my Z690 board where the GPU won’t function until the slot is configured as Gen3 rather than Gen5.
I haven’t managed to show it; both cards were placed in both slots but they aren’t functioning.
